In der heutigen Folge schauen wir uns das Land von Ivan grosny und Katharina der Großen genauer an. Es geht um Russland, bzw. die Russische Föderation und ihr Regierungssystem. Russland ist als föderaler Staat in 85 kleinere Föderationssubjekte unterteilt. Da das Land doppelt so groß ist wie die USA und sich auch über 11 Zeitzonen zieht ist ein Regieren anders wohl gar nicht möglich.
Im Detail schauen wir uns die Rechte des Präsidenten und seiner Regierung an, sowie die der Parlamentskammern. Wer hängt von wem ab, wer hat wem gegenüber Weisungsbefugnis, und wie nahe liegen die Theorie und die Praxis?
